Brokerage disclosure
Apex Dispatch and Logistics LLC is an FMCSA-authorized broker of property, except household goods. Our credentials are USDOT 4835618 and MC 57007562. We arrange transportation through independently authorized motor carriers. Apex Dispatch and Logistics LLC is the broker; the motor carrier transports your vehicle.
Quotes and booking
A quote is an estimate based on the route, vehicle, transport type, and dates you provide. Your booking is confirmed when you accept the quote. Changes to those details may change the price.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, and safety requirements may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed.
Inspection and claims
Inspect your vehicle with the driver at pickup and delivery. Note any damage on the bill of lading before signing. Claims for transport damage are generally handled through the carrier’s cargo coverage. We can help you contact the carrier about filing a claim.
Payment
Your booking page shows the price, any deposit, and when each payment is due. Any balance is due at delivery in the form agreed upon when you booked.

SMS Terms and Conditions
1. SMS Consent Communication
The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from Apex Dispatch and Logistics LLC, you may receive messages related to the following: Marketing, Customer care, Delivery notifications and Account notifications.
Example: "Hello, this is Apex Dispatch and Logistics LLC. Your vehicle has been assigned to a carrier and pickup is scheduled for Tuesday. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 2 to 10 SMS messages per month relating to your quote and shipment.
4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5. Opt-In Method
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Apex Dispatch and Logistics LLC by submitting our online quote form at https://www.apexusalogistics.com/#quote and checking the optional SMS consent box, or verbally during a conversation with us.
6. Opt-Out Method
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list. To resume receiving texts, reply START.
